PROJECT OBJECTIVE
Streamline Internal Store Operations
Cashbuild has appointed Clickmod to help review internal store operations and digitise them to drive business efficiencies.
Business Problem
With over 300 stores nationwide and growing, Cashbuild has identified critical internal processes at the store level that are currently being done manually and offline. These processes are labour-intensive, prone to human error, and time-consuming.
How Clickmod Solved The Problem
Clickmod designed a web application portal and mobile app solution. This system allows in-store staff to perform specific tasks within the app, which are then directly processed into SAP. As a result, Cashbuild was able to decrease their internal processing time from days to minutes. Additionally, the solution provides real-time insights into the Service Level Agreement (SLA) for each process, which helps to further improve response times.
