# The brief/problem
Meeting the Demands of Complex B2B Operations
Marsing & Co Africa (PTY) Ltd faced a highly specialised challenge: they needed to deliver a personalised, regulation-compliant product catalog for each customer, with support for unique pricing structures tailored to individual contracts and agreements.
Their operations demanded a solution that could accommodate this complexity without increasing administrative overhead. Compounding the issue was a reliance on manual processes that slowed down order handling and increased the potential for error.
In order to remain competitive and enhance customer experience, Marsing needed a custom-built B2B eCommerce portal, one that could streamline sales, reduce staff burden and enable straight-through processing for orders across multiple product categories and customer tiers.
The ultimate goal was to digitise this process in a scalable and intelligent way, driving both innovation and operational efficiency.

# The solution
Automating B2B Sales at Scale
Clickmod designed and developed a custom headless eCommerce platform tailored to Marsing & Co Africa’s complex regulatory and business needs.
The solution enabled customer-specific product catalogues and dynamic pricing rules to be presented to each logged-in user through a secure and intuitive online portal. A fully digital onboarding process allowed Marsing to streamline how new customers engage with their platform, cutting down onboarding time and reducing dependency on manual interventions.
Crucially, the system was integrated directly into Sage, allowing online orders to be processed straight through into Marsing’s back-office ERP. This eliminated the need for any manual data entry, significantly reducing administrative workload and the risk of human error.
By removing operational bottlenecks and digitising key B2B order workflows, Marsing was able to scale its sales operations efficiently without needing to grow its internal support team, positioning the business for sustainable growth without increased overhead.
