# The brief/problem
A Vision for Smarter Customer Interactions
StemConnect wanted to strengthen their customer experience by introducing a self-service customer portal that would allow clients to manage services, view account information and access support without relying solely on manual interactions.
Their goal was to reduce support overhead, improve efficiency and provide customers with a modern, intuitive interface that reflects their reputation for reliability and innovation in enterprise connectivity.
However, they needed a partner who could bring a strategic UX and UI perspective, someone to help define how the portal should look, feel and function in a way that keeps users engaged, simplifies navigation and ensures consistency with their brand.
