To solve AGX International’s operational inefficiencies, Clickmod embarked on a deep discovery journey through a series of structured workshops with key team members. These sessions helped us gain a clear understanding of their business processes, from customer acquisition to cost tracking and everything in between. Our approach was guided by a product design-led framework that allowed us to map each workflow, user interaction and operational dependency into a scalable and efficient solution.

With this insight, we designed and developed a truly bespoke ERP system tailored to AGX’s operational model. The platform now serves as a central hub for managing customer relationships, generating and tracking quotes, processing and managing orders and overseeing complex shipment logistics across multiple geographies. It also includes integrated cost tracking that empowers the AGX team to monitor profitability and performance in real time.

Notably, the platform enables AGX to manage a significantly higher volume of shipments with fewer staff, unlocking the ability to scale operations without increasing headcount.
